WISHLIST: AGE YOUR OWN WHISKEY!

I figure the day I became a real man was the day I enjoyed my first glass of whiskey. I come from a lineage of whiskey drinkers but didn't fully appreciate it until my blogs 2nd birthday party last year. Now I have stumbled upon a new label that challenges the original code of how whiskey should look and taste (white whiskey from Kentucky Washington), and they also offer an accompanying kit that lets you age your own whiskey! Too cool. BVLGARI MAN - A FRAGRANCE TO OWN FOR SURE!

I won't lie and pretend I don't occasionally get a free something-or-another. Fragrances in particular are always nice to receive but that doesn't mean I'm automatically going to review it. I was given the above fragrance almost two months ago. I wore it once or twice. Then when I was packing for Johannesburg fashion week I threw my new Bvlgari MAN in to test it out properly. This was when I fell in love with the scent. It has a certain zesty smell but there is a definite sweet presence which mixes beautifully on ones skin. It's so refreshing. I buy Bvlgari as gifts but have yet to keep one for myself. Trust me on this one though guys, it's a clean manly scent and it's one to own!

Burberry Love

Like I need another reason to love Burberry! I was most pleasantly surprised to receive a package from my friends at Burberry HQ in London. It's long and as soft as it looks and I can't wait for the weather to get cooler (even though it's mid-winter) to wear it. Grey, navy and black- perfect for any outfit you choose. Thank You Burberry!
